CarerSpace

Lanarkshire Carers has developed CarerSpace; an online portal for carers to start or continue their conversation with us and others about their caring role and support needs.

The main aspect of CarerSpace is our Carer Conversation Toolkit – an online toolkit developed by carers for carers that helps you to explore various aspects of your life, focusing on what matters to you. Once you have completed the toolkit, your responses can be submitted to a Carer Support Worker at Lanarkshire Carers who will pick up with you to discuss further if needed and look at ways to help address any support needs you may have.

Once your conversation with us has progressed, you can also access a copy of your Adult Carer Support Plan via the portal too. This can be useful for you to refer to at any point, to share with anyone you wish or to let us or others know if your circumstances have changed.

How to access CarerSpace

You will require a username and password to access CarerSpace. This will be unique to you and will enable you to access the online portal at any time.
