Our Workstyles
Post holders will be based between our centres in Hamilton and Airdrie, and localities throughout Lanarkshire. Working from home/hybrid working may also be required. All staff work on an outreach basis in community, health and social care venues across Lanarkshire.

Full time - 35 hours per week – flexible to include evenings and weekends
Lanarkshire Carers is recruiting Carer Support Worker/s to join our award-winning organisation and a team where you will be supported, valued and well rewarded. You will have a relevant qualification in health or social care and/or work experience appropriate for this post. You will need a good understanding of the issues carers face along with experience/understanding of providing individual and group work support, case management and person-centred, strength-based and outcome-focused approaches.
