Proud Scotland Small Employer Award Winners

Lanarkshire Carers are Proud Scotland Small Employer Award 2023 Winners!

The Small Employer Award is to recognise an employer, with under 500 employees, which has gone above and beyond to support their employees who identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
 
Ten representatives of our organisation attended the HSBC and First Direct Proud Scotland Awards 2023 ceremony as part of 350 guests who took part in a fantastic evening in Glasgow on Saturday 03 June 2023.  

We are thrilled to be the winner of an award that recognises Lanarkshire Carers for championing diversity, equality and fostering a positive work culture.
