111 Service: Provides urgent care telephone support 24/7 when:
- Your GP, pharmacy, or dental practice is closed.
- You think you need A&E but it’s not a life-threatening emergency.
- You are in mental distress and need support.
Accessibility: Interpretation services are available for non-English speakers and BSL users. Textphone users can contact NHS 24 on 18001 111 or use the Relay UK app.
