Introduction to Walking Football

Introduction to Walking Football
In Person Course

Come along and join us for a walking football session regardless of ability levels and fitness. Walking football is a modified, low-impact version of association football designed for all ages and abilities, notably those over 50 or recovering from injury, where running is strictly prohibited. Played at a walking pace to minimise injury risk, it focuses on skill, passing, and cardiovascular health while promoting social connection.
