Wellbeing Workshop with LUSH (Interpretation Available)
This workshop will include a bath bomb making workshop, the benefits of bathing presentation, and learning hand & arm massage techniques. Then time for some Q&As.
Delivered as part of the Lanarkshire Carers Equality and Diversity Service, this course is open to all carers. Urdu and Arabic interpretation will be available to ensure carers who speak Urdu and Arabic can fully participate.
