We sign people up to a four week block at a time, costing £40 for one class per week and anyone who has not done Pilates before needs to do an induction costing £11. 

We offer carers a 10% discount.

Any carer over the age of 18 providing unpaid care, who lives in Lanarkshire and is known to us can request a card.
