About Mosaic Counselling

We offer a safe, confidential and supportive space, where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement. Our integrative approach allows us to adapt each session to meet individual needs of the people we work with.

We work with a wide range of clientele, including children, young people and adults supporting issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma and neurodiverse.

To make counselling accessible we offer face-to-face, online and telephone counselling depending on preference.

We believe that each person's story is unique, so by adapting our approach, we can support them in a way that feels helpful and meaningful to them

Our aim is to build a collaborative relationship with each client, provide guidance, support and understanding as they work towards greater clarity, resilience and positive change
