About Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Gym - East Kilbride

Our Club includes a fully staffed Gym at all times, providing services such as Gym inductions, help, advice and a personalised programme to get you started or improve in the gym. Our personal trainers each have their own areas of expertise and are on hand to help.

In addition to this, we also have a Functional Zone available for use, a 20 M swimming pool, sauna, and steam room and have a full timetable of over 100 various instructed fitness classes on 7 days a week, which are bookable through our APP.

We also have an onsite costa coffee shop and cafe, physiotherapist, swimming lessons and personal training packages (payable for an extra fee).

Carers holding an in-date Lanarkshire Carers Card, will benefit from a discounted membership rate below. 

This is exclusive to the East Kilbride club only:

• Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 10pm
• Friday 6:30am to 9pm
• Weekends 8am - 6pm

Membership Prices:

• (1 Month Commitment) - £51 per month, £29 joining fee
• (12 Month Commitment) - £41 per month, £29 joining fee
