A group of Scottish Law Firms dedicated to providing legal services to the over 50s in a caring and sensitive way. We undertake to assess all clients over 60 for Legal Aid entitlement to have their Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives prepared for free.

Wills £175 (£250 for joint).

Power of Attorney (POA) £250 (£400 for joint). Public Guardian Registration is £96 each.

Advance Directive £95 (£150 for joint).

Family Care Package Single (includes 1 Will, 1 PoA & 1 Advance Directive) £380 + Public Guardian Registration £96.

Family Care Package Joint (includes 2 Wills, 2 POAs & 1 Advance Directive) £580 + Public Guardian Registration £192.

Conditions and Exclusions

All prices quoted exclude VAT, ID and file storage which should also be added to the cost.
