A group of Scottish Law Firms dedicated to providing legal services to the over 50s in a caring and sensitive way.  We undertake to assess all clients over 60 for Legal Aid entitlement to have their Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives prepared for free.

Details of Offer

• Wills: £125 (£175 for joint)
• Power of Attorney (POA): £195 (£250 for joint).  Public Guardian Registration £70 each
• Advance Directive: £75 (£125 for joint)
• Family Care Package Single (includes 1 Will, 1 POA & 1 Advanced Directive): £299 + Registration Dues with Public Guardian
• Family Care Package Joint (includes 2 Wills, 2 POAs & 2 Advanced Directives): £450 + Registration Dues with Public Guardian

We will assess all clients over 60 for Legal Aid eligibility to have their Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives prepared for free.

Conditions and Exclusions

All prices quoted exclude VAT, which should also be added to the cost.

Not Yet a Carer Card Holder?

Any carer over the age of 18 providing unpaid care, who lives in Lanarkshire and is known to us can request a card.
