Exclusions & Conditions

The following guidelines are in effect:

• Please arrive on time for your appointment as treatment must commence at the booked time. If you are late, it will result in the treatment being cut short and you will still be charged the full session.
• A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment (this will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
• One rescheduled appoinemnt is allowed as long as 48 hours notice is given. Any more will be noted as a cancelled appointment.
• You may pay for your treatment in full at the time of booking.
• Appointments not kept will be charged in full and will require another 50% non-refundable booking fee before any future appointments are accepted.
• Please make sure you give 48 hour notice of any rescheduled appointments or cancellations.
• To receive the discount, please note that you must state at the time of booking or the full price will be charged on the day of treatment.
