Aberlour’s Urgent Assistance Fund can provide immediate relief to families with children (aged 21 and under) who are suffering extreme hardship. Families who are struggling to provide food, heating and clothing for their children.
Creative Breaks Time To Live funding programme is to improve the range, choice, and availability of short breaks so that carers and the people they care for have a better quality of life and feel better supported in their caring relationship.
Lanarkshire Carers Flexible Support Fund can support carers going through financial hardship or distress. It will improve financial security through creating a safety net that can be used to meet unanticipated expenses as well as short break opportunities.
Lanarkshire Carers is participating in a project called Respitality in partnership with Shared Care Scotland. Respitality (respite breaks and hospitality) aims to make connections between local organisations that help support unpaid carers and local hospitality providers such as hotels, guest houses, leisure clubs etc.
