Anxiety, Meltdowns and Distressed Behaviour (Online Session)
Is your autistic child/young person anxious much of the time? Do they experience frequent meltdowns? Join us for this session when we will explore what might be causing the anxiety and how you can help reduce it.
We will also discuss what leads to autistic meltdowns and what you should and shouldn't do to support them during and after these distressing episodes.
