Coping at Christmas (Online Session)

Coping at Christmas (Online Session)
Online Course

The festive season is often described as a time of joy, family and celebration... but for carers, it can also bring extra stress, pressure, and painful emotions.

From juggling family expectations to feeling isolated or guilty, Christmas can sometimes feel overwhelming rather than joyful.

This supportive workshop is a chance to pause, reflect, and prepare for the season in a way that works for you. Together, we’ll explore the common challenges carers face at Christmas and share practical strategies to reduce pressure, set boundaries, and find moments of rest and peace.

However you spend the holidays, you deserve support and compassion too.

Please note: A Smartphone/tablet/laptop and a stable internet connection is required to take part in the session. You will receive an email on the day or day before of the session with details of how to access it.
