We’ve all been stressed. We all know how uncomfortable it feels. But how do we deal with it?

Martin Stepek will give you a clear guide on how to recognise and cope with the most common of mental health issues – stress. He’ll explain how he uses mindfulness to achieve the peace of mind that he enjoys.

Everyone who attends will receive a free e-book on dealing with stress as well as an audio stress busting guided meditation.
