Dysregulation and Communication (Online Session)

Dysregulation and Communication (Online Session)
Online Course

This training looks at how we can gently adapt our language and communication when children are experiencing times of dysregulation.

When anyone is dysregulated, their ability to understand and process language is reduced, so as adults it’s important that we adjust the way we communicate to help children feel safe and supported.

We will explore practical, supportive strategies to use in these moments, as well as taking time to notice and care for our own feelings too.

It’s a reminder that it’s okay to pause, take a breath, and if its safe to, step away for a moment, and then revisit.

This course is now FULLY BOOKED. Please contact us in order to add your name to the waitlist.
