If a family member was unconscious, or choking, would you know what to do?

Practising these skills is essential to building confidence and being prepared! We will walk you through how to help and when, in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.

• How to stock a first aid kit
• Infection control
• Wounds, bleeding inc. nosebleeds
• Unconsciousness
• Recovery position
• CPR (infants to adults)
• Choking
• Shock

Participants would be advised to wear comfortable clothes in case they want to try the recovery position or CPR, which involves being on the floor.
