If a family member was unconscious, or choking, would you know what to do? Practising these skills is essential to building confidence and being prepared! We will walk you through how to help and when, in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.

- Wounds, bleeding inc. nosebleeds
- Unconsciousness
- Recovery position
- CPR (infants to adults)

- Shock
