Session 1 - Facing your Fears

You can't stop your emotions. But you can learn to deal with them. If fear is having a negative effect on your life Martin Stepek will show you how to use mindfulness to recognise this powerful emotion and better manage it. 

Session 2 - Mindfulness and Nature

By not only spending more time in nature but also noticing it more, you can give your mental health and wellbeing a huge positive boost. Martin Stepek will show you how to take advantage of the nicer weather and be mindful outdoors to benefit your mental health not only in times of stress but as an ongoing way to be happier and more content. 

Session 3 - Caring for Yourself without Guilt

As a carer you are more likely to feel stressed, worried and worn down by all the demands made on you, and caring for yourself is often bottom of your list. Martin Stepek will show you how Mindfulness can help by building resilience and gaining more control over your thoughts, feelings and emotions and so make time for yourself without guilt. 

Session 4 - Coping with Anger

The key to Mindfulness is about being aware of your feelings and reactions and choosing those which help you feel good and letting go of all the others. Martin will look at ways of using mindfulness to let go of anger and help you to accept whatever situation you are in, if possible.

Session 5 - Being Mindful in a Busy Week

If you would like to live a mindful life but feel you don’t have any spare time then don’t worry! Martin Stepek will give you some great ideas to incorporate Mindfulness into a busy week, no matter how much time you have, to feel more calm, productive, and focused. 

Session 6 - Are You Your Biggest Critic?

We’re often harder on ourselves than anyone else, picking faults and raking over past mistakes. Mindfulness can help boost your self-esteem. Martin will show you how regular practice helps us to let go of being critical and judgmental about ourselves and ultimately be happier with who we are.

Session 7 - An Expert's Guide on Deep Meditation

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking for a refresher Martin will gently guide you in the art of meditation, giving you the benefit of his vast experience. Learn how to experience deep meditation from a leading expert in the field.

Session 8 - Dealing with Guilt

Guilt is a very common emotion and it’s very natural to be troubled by it. Martin will look at ways of using mindfulness to understand and deal with feelings of guilt, helping you to rid yourself of this negative emotion

Session 9 - How to Cope When You Feel Frustrated and Hopeless

If every day feels like a struggle and you’re constantly taking one step forward and two steps back, it’s natural to feel defeated and hopeless. Martin Stepek will show you how to use Mindfulness to call on your inner strength to let go of feelings of frustration. 

Session 10 - Be Happy!

With the clocks having moved back and the days getting shorter, it’s very natural for your mood to take a slump. Martin will look at using mindfulness to let go of negative thoughts, feelings and emotions and move towards greater happiness.

Session 11 - How to Handle Life's Ups and Downs

Martin Stepek will show you how to use mindfulness to develop your mind so it can manage the negative events of our lives, while at the same time, making the most of the good times.

Session 12 - Be Merry, Be Mindful!

Self-care shouldn’t stop because the festive season is here - it’s important to take time to look after yourself. Martin will give you hints and tips on how to stay mindful and be relaxed over the festive season and into the new year. Join Martin to make sure you have a merry mindful Christmas!
