HeartMath Training is a science-based approach to strengthening resilience and improving mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Combining innovative technology with practical techniques, this course helps you better understand your internal responses and develop greater regulation, balance and coherence.

Using guided practice and HeartMath tools, you’ll learn how to move out of overthinking and into a more grounded, heart-centred state. The training provides simple, effective strategies you can apply immediately to everyday challenges.

This course is ideal if you want to:

  • Improve sleep and emotional regulation
  • Build confidence and clarity
  • Prepare for challenges at work or in life

Delivered as part of the Lanarkshire Carers Equality and Diversity Service, this course is open to all carers. Urdu and Arabic interpretation will be available to ensure carers who speak Urdu and Arabic can fully participate.
