Autistic Burnout is a common experience for those in the community as a result of living a life that is not compatible with our needs.

This session addresses the myths around burnout; what causes Autistic burnout, before going into ways we can support people through this. It will also explore ways which might prevent burnout from happening in the future.

Please note: A Smart phone/tablet/laptop and a stable internet connection is required to take part in the session. You will receive an email on the day of the session with details of how to access it.
