Online Course

Week 1 will look at unhelpful thinking styles:

  • Introduction to the Unhelpful Thinking Styles
  • Identify which ones you tend towards
  • The power of being aware of your thoughts
  • The STOPP Technique as a way to challenge these thoughts

Week 2 will look at challenging thoughts:

  •  Going deeper into the 5 stage CBT model
  • Identifying and categorising thoughts/emotions/physical symptoms/behaviours
  • Challenging these thoughts
  • Using a self-talk monitor to create positive thoughts unique to you

Please note: A Smart phone/tablet/laptop and a stable internet connection is required to take part in the session. You will receive an email on the day of the session with details of how to access it.
