This gentle 3-week course introduces you to the power of journaling as a simple tool for wellbeing. Each week we’ll explore easy writing practices to help you release stress, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself. 

No experience or “good writing” needed - we’ll even gift you a journal to get you started!

Together we’ll discover how journaling can create space to breathe, build resilience, and support your caring journey with more clarity and calm.
