Low-Demand Christmas for Autistic People (Online Session)

Christmas can be a demanding time for autistic people and their families due to all the expectations this brings. 

This session will explore some common demands that autistic people might experience during the holidays, and consider things families can do to reduce these for their young person while also finding moments of connection and joy as a family.

Please note: A Smartphone/tablet/laptop and a stable internet connection is required to take part in the session. You will receive an email on the day or day before of the session with details of how to access it.
