Mindful Baking: An Introduction to Bread Making

Mindful Baking: An Introduction to Bread Making
In Person Course

Mindful baking is a gentle practice that invites us to slow down, breathe, and be fully present with our hands in the dough. It encourages steady attention to each stage of the process—measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking—without rushing.

By engaging with these simple steps in a deliberate way, baking becomes a steady, grounding activity. In this introductory session, we will provide everything you need to take part and make your own simple Irish Soda Bread.
