The Window of Tolerance: From Overwhelmed to Okay (Online Session)

The Window of Tolerance: From Overwhelmed to Okay (Online Session)
Online Course

Caring can sometimes feel like being stuck on high alert or running on empty - leaving your mind and body exhausted. The “Window of Tolerance” is a simple, practical way to understand how your nervous system reacts to stress, and why it can feel so hard to stay calm and clear-headed when life is intense.

In this session, we’ll explore what it means to have a regulated nervous system, how to notice when you’re moving into “fight, flight, freeze, or shut down,” and what helps you return to balance.

You’ll try out practical regulation techniques - from breathing exercises to gentle grounding - that can calm your body, steady your mind, and make everyday challenges feel more manageable.

This course is now FULLY BOOKED. Please contact us in order to add your name to the waitlist.

Please note: A Smartphone/tablet/laptop and a stable internet connection is required to take part in the session. You will receive an email on the day or day before of the session with details of how to access it.
