Understanding Autistic Sensory Needs
In this session there will be an overview of the numerous senses all human beings have and the ways this can present with autistic people. It will then explore how autistic people’s sensory needs are influenced in various environments. Managing energy levels, understanding sensory profiles, and prioritising self-care will be some of the areas covered to help support the sensory needs of autistic people.
Please note: A Smart phone/tablet/laptop and a stable internet connection is required to take part in the session. You will receive an email on the day of the session with details of how to access it.
