Virtual Drop-In Service

Lanarkshire Carers provide a virtual drop-in service for carers wishing to access carer support via a video call. This one-click video call service is secure and confidential and runs in addition to our normal telephone support. This service is provided using the NHS Lanarkshire Attend Anywhere platform - Near Me.

You can access our virtual drop-in service for carers on the following days:

Tuesday: 10 AM to 12 Noon

Thursday: 1 PM to 3 PM

You do not need an appointment to access the service on the day(s) and times advertised; however, if you would prefer to arrange an appointment, please contact us on 01698 428090 / 01236 755550 and a member of the team will be able to arrange this. An appointment can be made on a date and time that suits you, to include a third party like a social worker, advocate, etc. who are already involved in supporting you as a carer or if you need support in a language for which interpretation is required.
