Virtual Drop In Service


In addition to our normal telephone and online communication channels, Lanarkshire Carers also provide a virtual drop in service for carers wishing to access carer support via a video call. This is provided using the NHS Lanarkshire Near Me platform.


The virtual drop in service will be available for any carer wishing to engage with us via video call from January 2021 on the following day(s) and times:

  • Every Tuesday between 9.30am and 11:30am (Starting January 2021)

You do not need an appointment to access the virtual drop in service on the day(s) and times advertised, however if you would prefer to arrange an appointment on a date and time that suits you please contact us on 01698 428090 / 01236 755550 and a member of the team will be able to arrange this.

The service is best accessed using the Google Chrome web browser on a PC or Safari on Mac (webcam required), or on an Android or Apple smartphone.
