Lanarkshire Carers Short Breaks Bureau provides information on opportunities for carers to take a short break from their caring role, including grant funding and other useful resources. Information is also available for practitioners in statutory, third and private sector organisations to raise awareness of the service, enabling them to build capacity and ensure the carers they support have access to short break opportunities.
